The Cabin

Maximum number of occupants: 4 adults and 2 children.
No fish cleaning on the property. Please clean all fish at fish cleaning station at marina.
No construction crews.
No smoking anywhere on premises.
Pets allowed. Additional $100 rental fee per stay required. See here for additional pet rules.
No long term rentals. 7 days maximum.
Cancellations up to 1 month before reservation, all deposits are returned. Cancellations shorter than 1 month, all deposits minus $125 cancellation fee will be returned. No returns with cancellations less than 24 hours.

$175 per night. Minimum stay 2 nights.
Weekly Rate - $1000 for 7 nights.
Plus 10% occupancy tax.
$80 non-refundable cleaning & turnaround fee.
$500 Damage Deposit Required. Full amount returned upon satisfactory inspection after vacating.
